Office Policies
Missed Appointments:
Deer Run Dental is a very busy practice; our time, as is your time, is very valuable. We do understand that emergencies do arise. We otherwise require a 24-hour notice for canceling an appointment. There will be a $50.00 charge for missed appointments.
Safety:
Safety is big part of our office, to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Bona has a humorous and easy going personality. Please keep in mind we are a medical facility. We can not have patient walking throughout the office without a staff member. All family members and unattended children must stay in the waiting room area. It is for your safety.
Due to the desire of providing quality dentistry at reasonable prices, we require payment at the time of service. This includes your portion of the fee not covered by insurance. We accept most insurances, but we are not a participating provider. Our receptionist files your insurance as a courtesy to you. Please have your insurance card at your appointment time. If your insurance company send the insurance check toy our residence please endorse the check and send it to our office.
Our office conveniently accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit.
